Google Calendar

Copy assignments onto your calendars as all-day events.

One-time Google setup (about 10 minutes, free)

Open Google Cloud Console and create a project named Mammy. No billing account is needed.
In APIs & Services → Library, find Google Calendar API and click Enable.
Open Google Auth Platform (the OAuth consent screen) → Get started. App name Mammy, your email, audience External.
Under Audience, click Publish app to move it to In production. Otherwise Google ends the sign-in every 7 days. Google doesn't review an app only you use. When you connect, Google will warn that the app is unverified: choose Advanced → Go to Mammy.
Under Clients → Create client, choose type Desktop app, name it Mammy, and paste the client ID and secret below.

General

Check the portal every minutes Minimum 15. Each check is a handful of page loads, like a parent clicking through. “Due soon” window days before the due date “Past due, ungraded” after days past the due date Gives teachers time to grade before it counts. A class grade falling points or more is a “Grade drop” Smaller moves are “Class grade changed”. Log level Applies immediately. The log is on the Status page and in data/mammy.log.
